Saturday Dunedin to Invercargill Full day in the Catlins exploring this off-the-beaten-track region. Walks wilderness wildlife. Awesome. Hop off in Invercargill if you want to go to Stewart Island - the 9.30am ferry or 8am (9am weekends) flights are your earliest opportunity the next day to get over there. Continue on a service on a Wednesday, Friday or Sunday to Queenstown.
Sunday Invercargill to Queenstown Earlier departure to get in to Queenstown for morning smoko and get stuck in to some more serious action or kick back and take in the scenery.
Option to go to Te Anau and Milford Sound which you can do on this day or even spend longer in Fiordland at your convenience.
Monday Queenstown to Dunedin 10.30am departure, lunch stop in Clyde and town induction tour on arrival in Dunedin (Baldwin Street = World's Steepest Street etc...). Note you can suspend your stay in Queenstown as long as you like to finish in Dunedin on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday. You can start this option in Queenstown too or for that matter Invercargill as well if that is where your big bird drops you or suits your travel arrangements.
All touring included, accommodation can be coordinated by your driver-guide but is not included nor are meals. Milford Sound and Stewart Island are options that can be coordinated with your driver or by prior bookings. Please ask! |
