#394: BB Southlander from Queenstown newSouthlander - start and finish in Queenstown in a minimum of 3 days or get on and off en route to further explore. This tour includes Milford Sound cruise, Underwater Observatory tour and a hot buffet lunch on your final day in to Milford (finishing back in Queenstown). Route is :- Queenstown to Dunedin 10.30am departure arriving in Dunedin in time for a city sights tour (Baldwin St - World's steepest street included) and an option Speights Brewery Tour (good on ya mate) Dunedin to Invercargill via the Catlins Our big day exploring the sights and delights of the south along the Catlins Coast. Wilderness, wildlife and walks arriving in to Invercargill early evening. If you wish to visit Stewart Island (and you should if you have time - it is awesome!) then we can organise a ferry or flight for you the next morning. Toooooooo easy. Invercargill - Milford - Queenstown World Heritage Area, NZ's largest National Park, iconic Tourism destination and one of the wettest places on the planet - Milford Sound, do we need to say more. Bottom Bus transfers you on to the Kiwi Experience Milford Sound day for you to experience the Fiordland National Park by boat and return to Queenstown or if you wish you can get off in Te Anau or Milford Sound and continue on a later service. Note this route does not include the Southern Scenic Route from Invercargill to Te Anau now and as such we do not visit Riverton, Tuatapere or Manapouri. |
